1- Search for the service you need, or search for it from
within a particular category.

2- Follow the given steps and select and options
Preferred date, time and method of payment.

3- Once you book the service, you will be notified of all cases
Service, including the appointment of your own service employee.

You will not be able to contact your professional directly unless they have exceeded their scheduled arrival time. If it is an emergency, you can contact Soror directly and we will contact your service provider on your behalf.

After your service ends, you will be asked to rate the professional. You will also be allowed to leave a review and suggest improvements on various parameters. You can also modify your rating and review at any time during the next 30 days.

We will refer the same provider if you have previously given them a good rating. In order to book a professional, select the service you want to book, in the date and time selection screen you have the ability to change the selected provider. Once selected, you will see your preferred employee in the options screen.

You can pay for the service either before or after the service delivery. To pay after the service delivery, please ask the professional to send you the receipt and the online payment link.

You can pay using the following methods:
1- Credit Cards
2- Mada Credit Card
3- Cash

1- Soror credit can only be used on the Soror Android and iOS app.

2- Soror Credit can only be applied when you pay for your service online.

3- Your entire wallet balance is automatically applied to your order.
